Prepare Button:
Click on the ‘Prepare’ button to move all the selected files into the project repository.

Edit Button:
Click on the ‘Edit’ button to open a source COBOL file using the default editor

Source Directories .
Select directory where project files can be found..


Source Files List Box .
List of files found in this directory. Please only transfer  COBOL Source files Copy Files. 
Double clicking on a file in the list box will open the file using default editor.

Project Directories .
Select directory where project files should be stored.

Project Files List Box .
List of files already transferred to this project  directory. 
Double clicking on a file in the list box will open the file using default editor.

Translate  Button:
Translate the selected files into target language (***)

BRE Process  Button:
Process  the selected files ready for Business Rule Extraction (***). This process will place BRE related material into a database. The database can then be queried via BRE Control Center page.  

Please make sure you have selected the appropriate BRE language before you start. 

The target language may be 'Refactor' (for BRE in COBOL), or Java/C# - for BRE in Java/C#. The target language settings can be altered from the Setup Screen.  

Stop Button
Allows stopping the processing (translation or BRE Processing) of the NEXT selected file. 

*** Please note that detailed progress report is placed in the logs directory. If a program has not been translated successfully, please see the generated log files. If problem persists - try to process the program using "CORECT" instead of CorectCenter. If problem still persists - please contact Softwaremining.
