With more than 25 years' software development experience Cyrus is the principal architect of the SoftwareMining technology and has led the technical direction of SoftwareMining products. Cyrus has overseen the successful Legacy Modernization projects in Financial, Government and Utilities within budget and timescale.
Cyrus has a PhD in Artificial Intelligence from University of Leeds (UK).

His experience covers banking, government, retail, manufacturing and aerospace. The diversity of company’s experience range from hardware, tool vendors to Software Vendors such as SAP & Oracle. A successful track record growing & supporting multinational sales, sales teams and channel partners has helped Software Mining to develop alliances across the globe.

Rachel Hartridge
As Operations Director, Rachel Hartridge is responsible for promoting the SoftwareMining mission "to provide State of Art Legacy Modernization solutions to our Clients." In this role, she oversees SoftwareMining's operational, legal and marketing operations. Rachel joined SoftwareMining in 2001 as Sales Director and have moved to Operations in 2008. Rachel's previous roles were in the Telecom's industry, heading up major accounts in sales and Head of Customer Care at CarphoneWarehouse (UK).
