When you first start
COBOL Translation and Documentation Toolkit it ask you to setup your system.
The most important information here is in
COBOL Settings page : Column Settings (Note that the column settings are 0
based.), and
Target Language Settings Page : Target Language and Target Database.
You can revisit this screen from the main COBOL Toolkit screen, from File menu
'Setup' option.

SCREEN
When you have completed
filling in your preferences, press the 'OK' button. This will take you back to
the 'COBOL Toolkit' screen.
